It can be used to make crafts and signage of all types including decals for automobiles, decorations, tumblers and more. I will probably try and find a swatch chart because there is no way you'd be able to accurately order more of the specific colors you run out of for many shades, especially if, like me, you receive a handful of missing colors that throws your reference off.Oracal 651 is a permanent adhesive vinyl intended for medium-term indoor and outdoor use. But do be aware you will likely NOT get all 63 colors of Oracal 651, but you'll get most of them, or at least I did. So if you are looking to get a lot of vinyl in a lot of colors at a reasonable price, yea I'd say this is a decent deal. It's a pretty skewed pallet with lots of really really close colors in some areas and some pretty notable gaps in others. Of the 56 unique colors I received about a third of them are shades of blue and 2/3rds of those are dark navy to midnight blues. There is a crazy number of shades of blue, many so close to each other you gotta wonder why they even exist within a relatively modest 63 color pallet, I can only assume they are some official corporate logo blues. I do know there is a red missing as I had a roll of red and while there is a red that is very close, it's not the same as the roll I already had. Quite a few dupes, no copper, no clear but really couldn't tell you what else is missing though since I don't have a swatch chart. There was one sheet of Oramask, also not what I ordered at all. There was no clear, but there was a sheet of transfer film, not exactly the same thing. However, there was quite a few dupes, and a couple of miscellaneous pieces, so in the end I ended up with 9 less unique colors than the 63 I was supposed to get. OK, so I did receive 63 five foot sheets, they were all the same length or really close.
